I'm not sure about #1--it's Jeff Goldblum, but I've always thought they appropriated and reused the line from Jurassic Park in Independence Day.

#6 is Top Gun. "Where'd who go?"

#12 is M*A*S*H

And #13 is nagging at me. I know it, I just can't pin it down.
