Jet lag caught up with me at around 2:30 today. It hit with a vengeance despite my attempts to catch up/reboot with sleep yesterday. Very strange to feel fine one moment and then utterly out of it the next.
At around 3pm I took a 45-minute nap and it seems to have helped, though honestly I could sleep for days the way I feel right this second...
