I'm actually wasting away.

Managed to lose half a stone over xmas - just weight myself now and I'm a pitiful 9st 13. I was up near the 11 mark a while ago :\

A 2,000 calories-a-day diet should start to bring my weight up a bit.

for the record, the average male should have a 2500 calorie a day diet, and to safely alter your weight, you should add or subtract 500 calories depending on your goal.

So hit the 3000 calories and everyones a winner :)

Shit - that's a hell of a lot of calories. I was struggling to eat 2,000 the other day. How I'm gonna manage another thousand is beyond me!

If you just want extra weight theres always mcdonalds... it works but bleugh.
The technique of doubling your meals, i.e. eat 2 meals for every one you normally would did the trick for me, though 6 meals a day can get expensive... and finally protein bars or shakes certainly work but taste like feet.

Good luck :)

I haven't eaten any fast food since watching Super Size Me - so that's out of the question. I want to put on weight without eating shit food.

However, generally eating more will eventually increase my appetite I think so eating a hearty breakfast should make me more hungry by lunch time, then the same for dinner.

I'll see how the next week goes.

Guess that would increase my appetite and therefore I'd eat more - I don't fancy joining a gym though. Maybe I should spend my time at weekends a bit better and do some exersize.
