I'm going to be doing neuroscience and genetics research on the Norepinephrine Transport system. Also, I'm going to be loving my job every day.

No, unfortunately lab techs don't make enough to make a house a wise investment. Right now I'm looking for a just room in a house so I can have some built in people to talk to (I've never had roommates before).
