Charles is awfully precocious and touchy-feely, but he was the only child in a huge mansion with a war going on, so I think he’d read a lot and be kind of lonely. That works for me in my mind! Charles just wants to have a friend - probably dreams of having a best friend - and then Erik arrives.

Thank God, someone finally did it. :D I was already looking for a HP crossover but couldn't find anything yet. And I think the plot and the adaption is amazing so far. It makes awesome sense, and I love that they're a few years older than Harry, that leaves room for so many battles they can fight on their own. I sense copious amounts of awesomeness. ;)

Question though - at the end of the chapter, are they still six there? Because especially Erik seemed to talk a little grown up for that age...

Yeah, I think they're still six, and I know both of them don't talk like six year olds, but I thought that that could be because Charles reads too much and Erik just grew up too fast?
