And I blame my incoherence, but I'm sad that I don't have tickets! I want to see if all this internet rage organization actually results in anything down there. I'm tempted to see if I can eBay some tickets...
At least I am not alone in my overreaction to a fictional character's death. You can always count on the internet to make you feel like less of a freak than you actually are.
I am very sorry for your loss :( Fanfic can make things better, though! Fanfic and sending assassins after RTD.
Merlin is a very happy fandom where the worst thing that happens is actually 'No really, they should have killed that person. Why is that person still alive.' Look at Merlin over there in my icon! Look how happy he is!
No mean people in charge there! And this fandom's Gwen is awesome.
I had to use the Merlin icon for the second half of the comment, but here is the icon I would have used for the first part of the comment.
She is singing the saddest song. It is a narrative of loss and emptiness and vibrantly agonized love, with lyrics -- even syllables -- too potent to print, consonants that flick and tumble over the lips like the gold coins of virtue and vowels that ring out as plaintively as the unreturned call of the last dolphin on earth.
Also, did you change your lj layout purely to suit the crushing depression of Torchwood? Because if so, that's hilarious. Good job. Bunnies can't handle this shit. Unless it's a JUN BUNNY, which has faced the worst and survived.
Rolf, oh my goodness that icon is disturbing and brings back the memories. Those poor bunnies. D:
And no! I actually changed it a few days before because I felt the bunnies were getting old and I still cant' figure out why so many people (including myself) thought SoCal would be a good place for humans to live, but let's pretend I changed it because my fangirl senses were tingling.

And yes, it's been a looonnngg time since I read fanfic, but I can't think of a better reason/time to start again.
(And thanks for sympathizing with my fandom loss. I really feel silly for getting so attached, but it just happened. :/ )
