i've decided to start documenting my dreams, since i have ridiculously vivid ones every night. i wake up remembering every single detail, like a movie i'd watched over n over again. n it haunts me for the rest of the morning... until work takes over

Blessed be. Keep a pad and pen by your bed. Write down every detail, colours, sounds, everything. Soon you'll see regular themes, objests, places. Once you recognise these, you'll start to have more control over your dream experience and learn more from them.

the back yard of my Mum & Dad's house invariably turns up. I get a big red double decker London bus often. Giant green ferns appear often.

I couldn't tell you what they represent, but I recognise them when I'm dreaming "Oh, here we are again. Now the dream's going to take an odd twist."

i recently dreamt that i was at work...
imagine waking up to that and dragging urself to work the next morning.
it was like i worked for 24 hours non-stop.

lately i've been dreaming that i'm at my jamming sessions arguing with my bandmates. weird.
