Sookie had pretty much died of cuteness this entire weekend. That being said, cute as everyone was, most of her friends seemed to somehow have more energy -- even Bobby and Karla -- as small children, and it was exhausting keeping up with them

"Kapow!" it should be noted, for the record, that there was no actual kapow-ing going on. Just an overly energetic young boy pouncing a cat. "You won't escape me, Meow-neto!" Bobby boasted to Tina, who had no idea she'd been cast in the role of supervillain.

Tina, for her part, was going to just try and dart under the bed again.

"I think you're winning, sweetie," Sookie noted, watching them over her book.

"Course I'm winning," Bobby declared. "I'm the good guy!"

"That's how it works, huh?" Sookie said, grinning at him. "Do you think Tina knows she's the bad guy?"
