It has come to my attention that the number of sabotage cases have increased since the incident with Muruguma Kensei, a pilot representing the 4423.

Please be reminded to report any and all incidents of this type immediately to any member of the security team. We will try our best to see that justice is served.

An individual known only as Sougo 13 recently sabotaged Muruguma Kensei's plane. I believe it happened about a day or so back.

There has also been talk on sabotage around the network - I can only pray that they were done in jest, but one can never be too certain.

I met this Sougo 13, actually... he had papers with him detailing his credentials, but I suppose now I know that they are fake. He was a moderately short man, young, with fair hair, tinted glasses, and a slight build. His voice had a young quality to him -- I wouldn't put him past two and twenty, at most.

I was the one who nearly apprehended the fellow...

But he was an odd one, my boy. I hit him with my cane enough to break it and he seemed like he didn't notice at all.
