So the axe has fallen on one of my shows for the first time this year. Fox has officially cancelled "Terra Nova" (although I think the makers are trying to take it to other networks). I'm not surprised (it was on my list of shows I watched that I thought could be in trouble) but I'm a little disappointed. It's not the best show ever but I enjoyed ( Read more... )

Awww but I liked Terra Nova! It was something different to the usual cops/doctors/lawyers/criminals shows that flood the TV every year! I like different! :(

Also, I'm so glad I'm not the only one who doesn't miss Mandy Patinkin in Criminal Minds! :D I've seen interviews of his before where he just comes across as totally egotistical, imo.

I quite liked it too - it had potential and was just getting interesting.

I've always enjoyed "Criminal Minds" but think it improved when Gideon left. When he was in it it was more about and all the other characters seemed to supporting him. When he left it became more of an ensemble thing and gave the other characters chance to shine. Plus Mandy Patinkin seems like a bit of an arse hat to me.

"Terra Nova" definitely had potential. Shame it won't get chance to reach it.
