On Thursday night I watched "Ringer" - 1x05 - I can't believe they did what I think they did at the end. What the hell? This show has improved a lot and is getting pretty interesting now. I'm enjoying it but I'm not loving it. I am wondering exactly where the storylines can go and how long to show can really go on for.

Ah, yes...the tramp stamp issue....see, here in the states, teenage girls...or more...promiscuous girls have gotten those lower back tattoos but they've done it in really bad fashions...like people don't respect the art of the tattoo anymore, they get stupid crap. Like I once new a girl who got "Daddy's little mistake" across her chest and on her lower back had some terribly sexual thing.

So, it's not just US TV....stupid people have caused that to happen. One ruins it for the many so to speak. While Drop Dead Diva may have treated it that way, there are plenty more shows that actually treat it with respect and such.

I get what you mean about the "tramp stamp" thing - and we have that over here too. The term itself just really annoys me.

I saw an episode of "Dexter" and of "Misfits" that portrayed tattoos and tattooist in a bad light - I shouldn't have singled out US TV really as we're guilty of it too.

Like you said, there are just some people with tattoos that give other people with tattoos a bad name.
