This is the first generation where I say, completely without any jaded nostalgia or prejudice, that the new Pokemon designs are fucking terrible.

Not "I HATE NEW THINGS" or "KIDS THESE DAYS /shakes fist", but "holy fucking hell, what were they thinking, this shit is bananas."

I glanced at about 15-20 of the new ones, hated all of them (except Smugleaf's final evo), and decided to stop inflicting disappointment on myself.

Although Ice and Water type got totally hosed this gen. But I don't care about that so much because the new bugs are totally bitchin' and nothing can convince me otherwise.
