I have been walking/jogging the last two days, and it has been going well! Haven't done the video in almost a week though. I feel really good about the jogging though. I've always secretly wanted to be the kind of person who can jog without feeling like she's going to die. It's supposed to rain the next two days, though, so I'll probably do the video then.
