i was just listening to a toronto radio station and they were talking about hockey, it reminded me about going to a game with you. i have no idea what the season actually is (winter i presum?), but it looks like ill be in canada in the first week of july. i suspose that ill just miss the season?
also i was listening to the weather, you guys had the exact same weather today as we did! crazy.
hee, there are only 2 teams left playing right now, for a maximum 2 weeks more...and one of them is mine, HOORAY! But sadly, yes, this means you won't be visiting during the NHL season. It's probably just as well, as tickets to the Stanley Cup started at $179 for standing room! If you stick around through October, we can always go to a regular season game for something MUCH more modest! :)
oh ill still be in canada this time next year ;) longer if i can get away with it. ha.
i cant remember if you are in toronto or not, theres a possibility of my flying into toronto and then going elsewhere. but i might just fly into la and then bus it to canada or something. im full of no plan action. once i figure out some more things ill let you know, maybe go out for dinner and drinks or something in lieu of hockey.
sorry for the reply delay; I've been out of town, and haven't kept up with the email that sends me LJ updates.
Yep, I'm still in Toronto, so if you're wanting to fly in here, that's most kickass, and we can have lots of fun! Of course, that'll happen no matter what way you make your way here :) And if you're around come the fall, then we'll definitely have to make a pilgrimage to Ottawa to see a hockey game!
