Aww, this was cute. I needed some Heero/Duo joy to cheer myself up, and I'm glad I got linked to this. I ached for Heero when all he wanted was Duo, and Duo was too caught up in his social life to realize it. Sometimes love is just in the most obvious of places, eh?

I'm so glad you enjoyed. This is my favourite kind of Heero and Duo: gormless, and rough-housing, and cute, and very, very teenaged. They touch my heart in a way that the older versions just don't, quite so much. And yes, I felt sorry for Heero too! I thought that Duo really deserved to suffer a little bit at the end. And, at the same time, I couldn't see that Heero would just tamely sit down and accept Duo's change of heart, without a bit of convincing. I think that Heero's a stronger character than that, and definitely not dumb!

Huge apologies for not replying to your previous kind offer to beta. I've been out of action and am only just now getting back to my posts. At the moment, I am probably right, but I hope that you won't mind if I poke you sometime in the future (understanding that you may not be able to of course.)

Thanks so much for commenting. It's really nice to know that I'm getting things a bit.^__^

Aww, no need to be mean to the old Maxwell! Sometimes it's hard to see what's right in front of you. But it's good that you gave it a little bit of realism. No realy person ever flips over so quickly just because someone else says 'I love you' after all that, even if there were feelings on both sides.

It's okay. I understand. I'm kinda swamped myself, so I understand. But the offer stands for whenever. You know where to find me.

Practice, practice! That's what makes anyone get better :)

Lovely lovely lovely. This is my new favorite story. My favorite line, if I could pick one which is pretty difficult, would be "He was normally very good at getting his pants off"
Everybody needs a talent.

Wow thank you! That was my favourite line too, and I kept having to re-do that sequence because the argument went on for so long, but I couldn't bear to lose that paragraph! And yes. Duo is definitely more talented than most!!!^____^

Yey! College fic! [loves] The Heero/Duo fandom has way too few of those, as far as I'm concerned. :P

Very cute and funny and yummy. =^_^= And OMG Heero was so frickin' adorable. [squees and squishes him tightly] I mean ... he SANG for his CACTUS. [melts from an overload of warm fuzzies]

Oh, and I went ahead and read 'Ten Weird Things' too. :D Enjoyed it muchly. Gonna have to see whether the guy has any more good stuff.

Yaay! So glad you enjoyed. And I'm glad you liked Heero. I just love the boys when they're being cute, and idiotic, and gormless and teenaged. They're incredibly sexy when they're older, but I don't think that they touch your heart quite so much.

I'm so glad!! They're all great. He's a really entertaining writer isn't he. I love his exuberance. Dare You and Camville are my favourites, but they're all terrific.

Have you been watching shousetsu_BB? I have this feeling that I may have seen you over there. If not, there's been some terrific original slash over there. My favourites so far have been Your Covers Blown, and Scarletina. And Wrapped around Your Finger, and... There's a lot of good ones! So many incredibly talented people. They're creating this great archive of delightful schoolboy stories, that feel like manga. It's interesting to contrast them with Matthew H-T because the styles are so different. The Shousetsu writers are all poetic and minimalist and "I'm a Writer" (and of course very, very ( ... )

M'k. Shall give those a try next, then. Hopefully TWT was the rule, not the exception, as to how fun his writing is. :P

I have read and liked a couple of stories on S2B2, but that was quite a while ago, and I don't remember ever commenting. o.o; And the lack of warnings kind of scared me off. I read only two of the stories, but I scanned through quite a few, and ... well ... a couple of them involved threesomes; a few more were pure smut; and a number had sad endings. All of which are things I usually do my best to avoid. So while I'm sure that there were, and are, more stories that I would like there, finding them among all of the stories that didn't appeal to me seemed way to troublesome to bother with. x_x I guess I might look through a few of the posts there again, but I dunno.

Yes...you're right about the lack of warnings. It's odd, and a pain, because a few were heartwrenching, especially in the latest bunch. These are the gorgeous schoolboy ones, and they are all very sweet, especially the first 3.
