Walt know he has to stop Todd and Jack. He was willing to let Jesse die and I suspect seeing Gretchen and Elliot on Charlie Rose going on about their foundation was just too much for anti-corporate Walter. Only he can stop Jack and Todd.

Could well be. WW has the most amazingly blind luck this side of Mr. Magoo.
And it would be nice to see Todd and Jack stomped on mightily.
But on the other hand, this show isn't about dealing in "nice."
Maybe it's not to rescue Jesse but to stop him. Maybe even Walt doesn't know for sure.

Poor Jesse. PTSD all the way. But he did kill Gale and all that...sheesh.
And Todd is just psycho. Ugh. But you are quite right about Vince not dealing in nice. Hmmm. I hear the closer is 86 minutes.
