Daily Doodle: So it seems to be the week for drawing lawyers making faces at papers! I was very disappointed with yesterday's Wright doodle, so I resolved to do better by the AA/PW canon today. Possibly Edgeworth is one of my favourite characters ever, uh. Along with Nick. BASICALLY I LOVE PW???

I really love his expression on that one sprite, but it was a touch obnoxious! I tried to take all the smug but subtract some of the obnoxious and actually I'm pretty happy with how his expression came out XD

The idea emerged over on my Dreamwidth that Nick's paper was a brief -- THE LEGAL KIND, NOT THE UNDERWEAR KIND. Except totally the underwear kind. The kind Edgeworth maybe wears. And thinks he looks totally hot in. I could see his look here being all DAMN I AM FINE.

... In other words, I invite you to make up your own story XD

Ah! I used to work mainly in PHP and C++, back in uh... embarrassingly long ago. I used to be able to build database driven web apps back end to front, but at the job I've had for the past few years, well! Let's just say, no one else on the team could design, and everyone else could code, some of them a lot better than me =P

I think he looks great; you got the face and hair and ruffley thing (cravat? Yes...) perfect. His shoulders are a bit wonky, but everything else is really good. :)

Thanks! I agree the shoulder are all WHAT, but like I said.. I only figured out how to fix them after I'd uploaded the thing XD

Usually I go through so much garment-rending over expressions! I'm so glad this one magically turned out how I wanted it ._.
