So it was really nice to be at SALT tonight. I have been in need of a God fix for a while. I dunno if it was my recent trip to 'Sin City' or what, but I have felt dirty, if that is the right description, and in need of a thorough cleansing. The type that can only come from God. So I have officially begun my diet and exercise regimen. Today, for the first time in a long time, I made healthy choices in the foods I ate. I am trying the low carb thing and I am even gonna start eating more vegetables, but we'll see how that goes. I really don't like vegetables AT ALL. Whatever. I am proud of myself. So...Jeff, Zak and I are back from our Las Vegas adventure. I lost about $70 overall, most of which on a demonic slot machine which proved to be my nemesis for the whole week. Stupid machine. Overall, my lifetime losses in Las Vegas are a whopping $230. So this trip really wasn't too bad (yeah right). At least not as bad as the previous one.  ( Read more... )
