Thunder and Lightning

I walked home from my mums last night after a few beers with my brother and some friends who are staying up there this weekend, to the sound of thunder and the most extraordinary lightning display. It was stunning! It was countryside dark, no street lights and there are fields and hugs stunning trees all around me, and every so often the whole sky

It's beautiful, isn't it?
I love when we get lightning here... especially when it's just on dusk. The sky is a deep dark purple and the jagged bolts of light against it looks extrordinary.
