I really, really loathe it when people think they know everything. Never mind using that to tell someone how they should do this or that? And that goes for all situations from how to live your life to how to portray your character

I feel the same way about the younger generation. I find it both amazing and pitiful that they have yet to learn that respect is earned, and that they won't be getting any if they don't give it in return. I have hope for some though. There are two little girls that live two houses down from my parents, and they know to respect others. They're a bit hyper and more than a bit annoying at times, but they give respect, and thus, they get some from me in return.

There's always going to be assholes in the world, but as long as there are people out there who refuse to sink to their level, then there's still a tiny bit of hope for humanity.
