[Whenever Smoker does a message that's not related to his lessons... It probably is related to drinks judged by his track record. He has nothing to comment on the lessons, or the police enforcement experience, or the poker game thing. He doesn't need lessons neither is interested in learning anything new, he's not a police and really isn't interested in helping specially and he has no idea what poker is to begin with but games aren't his thing normally.

Glad to have you on board Pao-Lin. So far it's only been reinforcing emergency systems to help people who can't fight in the event of a Shift or an attack. The current plan has been non-combatants to the barracks or tunnels, somewhere easy to defend.

Make sure you check in with Ginia as well, she has some experience organizing stuff like this. [He's so horrible. He just passes everything to her so that he can do his own thing. Which is what he does with Tashigi or anyone he likes in his world too... but still.]
