Hey, I noticed in George's post that you made an OOC note about Smoker drinking a lot being canon. We've never actually seen Smoker drink at all in canon. Maybe you got that idea from an incorrect resource? It might behoove you to reread Smoker's parts in canon or check your resources to make sure they're informed.

Granted, not everyone considers the anime "canon" especially for "filler" but I believe I've made it a point that I do use all the of the Loguetown anime for Smoker, including having a "niece" (Carol) and knowing Daddy the Father. In Episode 48 he goes to the bar "Gold Roger" where Luffy was mere seconds before he walks in and while the bartender insists he won't serve Smoker, Smoker grabs a bottle of rum (brand: Rhum) off of the shelf and downs this all in one go. In the 4Kids anime they called it "Power Juice" which amuses most people because because Zoro and the others who drank alcohol just had regular, plain juice. This is when Smoker has his little kid flashback etc.

In Alabasta in the manga, he's shown drinking beer at the restaurant in Rainbase that Luffy and Usopp stumble into. Both of these instances were at lunch.
