[Misaki peers blearily into the screen, looking absolutely worn out. He's lying on a bed in a Violet City Inn, his Sunkern snuggled up against him.]

Y-yeah, I got it. [Misaki yawns and rubs at his eyes with his free hand.] I spent the whole night running around, thinking it meant "leave town" but I think it was just a prank.

[Misaki peers a little closer into the PokéGear, blinking. He's seen this guy somewhere before...]

I thought that too, but it didn't make sense-- everything is back to normal now, as far as I can tell.

It's looking more and more like someone has a bad sense of humor.

Well, it was Halloween, but I thought pranks were supposed to be pulled the night before? Or something...

[He shivers, like he just got chills thinking about it.] I'm just glad it's all over, really.

They're usually done on Halloween day, actually.

I think everyone is. It wasn't one of the best experiences I've ever had.

But isn't Halloween supposed to be like a big costume party? [Kind of different in Japan, since Halloween is still a relatively new holiday for them. He doesn't get why someone would go out and play pranks when you could be having fun and eating candy. *so innocent*]

I hope next time they at least give us a heads-up about something like this happening. [He sighs. He really didn't like spending the day running around in fear like he did.

He stares into the screen a bit more. Yes, he does recognize those spikes from somewhere. But... ah! The Halloween get together in the Pokémon Center!] I know you. You're one of Miles-kun's friends. The loud one!
