[It was just like back home, everyone thought she was crazy, no one ever believed her. Why was she the only one who could see the ghosts and monsters? Why did it always turn out that way?
She buries her face in her hands and begins to cry in earnest, the panic setting in at the thought that she'd be branded insane even here.]

[She snuffles and wipes her face with the backs of her hands while she tries to stop crying.]
I just, I just didn't want Annie to die again. It's all my fault, I didn't meant what I said, and she's dead and it's my fault.

[He fidgets, before finding a kitchen towel, and tossing it to her. It's a better tissue than her hands.]
Calm down. I don't know who this "Annie" is. Let's get your visions sorted out first.

Annie's... [Mika takes a deep breath, shaking her head.]
Annie's one of my housemates. Late teens, early twenties. Got killed yesterday, there poison in the milk it made her sick, too weak to save herself from someone who was on a drone rampage. He broke in the kitchen window while she was on the floor.
I couldn't save her...I couldn't do anything. It's all my fault, I should've stopped him. I should've done something and now they're all gone and I don't know where they went.

[There's not much he can say to the rest of it. Not... when he's sort of guilty of taking lives himself.]

[Something isn't working right, whatever it was in the milk is actively fighting back. Whatever it was laced with, someone knew what they were doing, and Mika only looks more ill.]
Haaaauuuuuuu... [Her eyes roll up as she makes a deeply inhuman sound of agony, and she covers her eyes to try and keep them from pouring out of their sockets. At least that's what it feels like to her, though there doesn't seem to be much change to her physically aside from how much she's sweating in anxiety.]
