You should be careful for your own sake, for the sake of others. But I suppose you hardly care about those who do not share your "gifts", yes? So long as you have your precious magic and the freedom to use it, the consequences mean little.

The Rite of Tranquility is a mercy. There are other methods of dealing with mages who refuse their place. I hardly take any joy in execution, but do not think I would hesitate to do it.
