Was listening to Hal Sparks earlier today whose opinion I generally am uninterested in but he was defending nuclear power from an interesting stance. He argued that people who went for the absolute ban on nuclear power screwed themselves because it was a logical progression forward in energy technology. They should have been lobbying for nuclear

Yeah, I'm glad Obama and other relatively younger lefties have not fallen in with the anti-nuke crowd. Nuclear power is so much cleaner than coal, and gives us far more control over oil prices.
