Daisy didn't even want to think of how to explain what had happened on Monday, but, really, it hardly mattered because it meant that she had been unable to get to her last class, and that was very sad and also terribly irresponsible. It was probably a good thing, then, that she was going back to being just a copper for a little while again

Daisy looked up from where she was cleaning up some computer files at the desk and met Peyton with a smile. "Oh, Peyton, hullo. Ta, I'm fine, just..." She shook her head. "Don't even know where to begin on how to explain it, but I can at least say at least there wasn't twine involved this time. How are you?"
