Could someone please give me the exact reason how the Kitchen lit on fire. Since everyone technically has good training with the equipment in there, I'm suspecting an outside source.

Gobling King perhaps? Alochol and Matchs? Mr. Redd breathing fire accidentally? Or was Juudai just goofing off?
