there are a couple ways to make the sauce...this is the down and dirty way:
1 jar of apricot preserves (if I'm doing it this way, I prefer an all fruit variety...peach works well, too)
1/2 to 1 cup of Frank's Red Hot (adjust to taste)
2 cloves of garlic, minced or crushed
1/4 cup lemon juice
