1. Nails.  Cleaning out all that gunk underneath, trimming and possibly painting...but only if I've gone through the rest of the list first
2. Journal.  Hellooo
3. Update my grossly neglected Amazon wishlists...someone might be looking to give me a present soon, right?
4. Find the artist of the heinous wait music and write them borderline stalkerish love/hate

You might consider checking "gethuman.com" and "get2human.com", which have extremely detailed lists of either direct access numbers (which skip the waits) or key codes you can enter to skip the process.
