Yeah you!!! Speaking as a female with a handy guy myself - we love it when men are capable of fixing things. It really turns us on in a strange way. It is almost as if it proves to us that we made a good choice in the relationship because you fix things that are broke. Weird, but true. I've tested the theory on several of my gal pals. :-)

Perhaps it's patience, but I prefer to think it's because I know what it's like in a call center. Most technicians upon being yelled at just sit back and become more reticent than ever to do anything.
