150k? Why is it so alarmingly low? Am I just acclimated to Boston/South Florida housing prices, or does it not have floors or something? Is the basement infested with zombie weasels? Are the neighbors prone to anthropophagy?

You're acclimated to Boston prices.
That's one of the kickass things about Cleveland -- really low housing costs (relative to amenities you get in the city). Also very strong buyer's market right now.
