Voting (or lack thereof...)

This is one of the biggest reasons I hate Facebook, it's full of fucking idiots!! Seriously, especially the women today.  You have been given a gift to live in this country and women have fought so hard to have rights in what happens here, but yet all I keep seeing are people posting that they're not voting

All my friends and family knows this, but I live by this saying.

If you don't vote, than you have no right to complain.

When they complain about how terrible the public school system is, I ask them, "did you vote?" And when they say no, I tell them to STFU.

When they complain about the state of the economy, I ask them, "did you vote?" And when they say no, I tell them to STFU.

Replace with anything else and the answer is pretty much always the same.

Most of my friends avoid talking to me when they want to complain. I think it's a win for me.

I really don't understand how any self-respecting women can vote for Romney. It's like saying I'm okay with being unequal, and yes, men should make intimate decisions about my body and make more money than me. I'm too stupid to make those decisions on my own. *shakes head*. I'll never understand. Your daughter is lucky to have such a strong woman for a role model. I hope more moms do the same. <3
