I've had dreams like that before but I find its best to use them to help you not eat. Just think of how awful it would be to have all that junk! I try to think of disgusting things when I get really bad cravings so it curbs my hunger.
Either that or find something to take your mind off of it! I think I might go outside and work on the yard again if my daughter will let me. I'm having a bad day as far as wanting food.
It was so weird cuz it wasn't even about the food... it was about I was supposed to be going to work and the alarm didn't go off, then I didn't have clothes so I went outside in a vest (yes, just a vest lmfao) then I ended up at this weird barn place with all my family and my sister was ignoring me and I left to binge only I'd been gone soo long. I got on this bus to take me to the store and I started yelling at him because the ride was so expensive and then we started talking and I woke up... didn't even get to the store =/

In mine I always end up eating things I haven't had in a long time. Stuff I love but know I can't touch. they're horrible too!
