Project Revamp is mostly about revenge but in a good way so that karma doesn't catch up to me after it will be delivered tactly. It is incredible and has gone into effect since June 13th. Advising with K-Dawg sucks. Maybe we should supply ear plugs for all the freshys next time.
I agree about the debriefing. It was one of the better ones I've had. I was glad people opened up and shared stories and that it was a comfortable environment for everyone. So many people in there had different view than you and you totally were able to listen and give them honest feedback.
I don't think it could have gone better!
