Agree. A lovely list, made me smile to read it, so thank you for sharing these. My most recent was a chocolate-chip almond confetti chiffon cake. That's it, I'm moving in..

I am so envious of no. 5! I like 6, too, but I'd rather eat the results than make them I'm afraid.

I would have to include the dog if I were doing this, so yay for nos.1 and 2!

Sorry for the late reply - I was in fact busy doing no. 5, and it was, in fact, as anticipated, absolutely wonderful. :sigh:

I like eating the results - I have a huge sweet tooth - but for some reason I really love baking things. And I like baking challenging things - not so much fussy French pastry, but I often prefer to tackle the more complicated recipe. I'm not sure why that is. Maybe because it occupies my mind or something. Maybe it's the challenge, to see if I can make it work and make it come out right. I always want to try new things, too. I just don't have enough people to eat it all, so I don't do it as much as I'd like!!

And animals are, I think, the most happiness-inducing of all...

Hey, so I have one more thing you might be able to list. I'm three or so clips from finishing my Pros vid for Escapade. Would you be interested in beta-ing it? I showed the unfinished version, only about halfway, to Sandy, Jo, Christy, and Emily the other night and they didn't hate it, so I'm hopeful it won't play too badly at the con.

Oh, that's wonderful news - how exciting, and yes, another thing to add to my list most definitely!! I think I kind of suck as a vid beta, so I'm not sure how helpful I could be, but with that caveat, I'd be *more* than happy, thrilled in fact, to take a look at it and offer whatever I can.
