AU Jason/Tim

Neither of 'em knew whose party it was. It didn't matter. There was food. There was booze. There was good company. Tim gives a snort of laugh as Jason struggles, finally shoving his knee against the back of his chair and pushing, catching his own weight against the doorframe to stop himself from toppling onto Jason.

"Ain' s'posed to drink and drive, Jay," he mutters, the words getting lost behind another laugh that really dangerously close to a giggle.

"Ow, what're you doin'?" he laughed, his chair spinning in a half circle and lurching in through the door, and he reached out with flailing arms and grabbed at Tim's shirt, the first thing he could find to keep him from flying into the bed.

"Arrest me, then," he mumbled to the entity of cops who weren't watching and obviously didn't care.

"Don't got any cuffs," Tim points out through another laugh, half sprawled over Jason and trying a lot harder now to land on him, the legs tangled a little in Jason's chair.

Doesn't help that the room's spinning either.

"Or cops." Reaching down, he knocks at Jason's hand, but it's drunken and half-assed and he eventually gives up and just drops onto Jason's bed instead.

"Watch it," Jason wheezed, blinking owlishly when he was pulled along toward the bed, not realizing it was because he still had a hand tangled in Tim's shirt.

"Your loss," he decided. Yeah, that sounded about right.
