"Ain' s'posed to drink and drive, Jay," he mutters, the words getting lost behind another laugh that really dangerously close to a giggle.

"Arrest me, then," he mumbled to the entity of cops who weren't watching and obviously didn't care.

Doesn't help that the room's spinning either.
"Or cops." Reaching down, he knocks at Jason's hand, but it's drunken and half-assed and he eventually gives up and just drops onto Jason's bed instead.
