You are actually my favorite graphics maker. The coloring of your icons are gorgeous. I always look forward to your posts. Your Christina Hendricks/Joan/Mad Men icons are my favorite.
check your contrast on the darker icons, like 1 2 3 7 10
and make sure your cutting around subjects is more distinct, 6 and 8 are great icons with beautiful coloring, but are let down bygthe cuttind around the body and face respectively
and look at all aspects of the icon, 10 is a great crop but you've left a couple of pixles on the left of her face which ends up looking like a black line

check your contrast levels, 1 has too much, 9 doesn't have enough, but 7 and 8 are perfect
also check your sharpening, 1 5 and 10 need more, whereas again 7 and 8 are perfect on sharpness

#1 is amazing but I really can't read the text so it seems a bit useless to me. #2, #9 and #10 can really use some more brightness and contrast, imo.

A lot of your icons could use some more contrast, especially in the darker ones: #1-3, #6, and #10.
