How ironic...you're jetting off to the sun, and I am FINALLY remembering to reply here. I am a fool. :P

But hide away from the angst all you like, I shall shelter thee from it. :P

But the banter, well of course I am beyond chuffed that you liked that, and it wouldn't be Ianto and Owen without the odd disagreement eh? :P Lol I was desperately hinting at that fluffy ending too, becuase at least it made writing the end a bit more bearable. :(

If only the sixth sense had worked though! *clings* (I bet your mum's comes in handy though :D)

You gave fair warning about the emotional nature of this chapter but even so... heart breaking *sighs*. I went back and re-read the story from the beginning and that may have magnified the pain of loss that poor Ianto is feeling. (Not to mention my own anguish - it still hurts!)

I was impressed that the tension you created in chapter six was around unresolved issues and facing the unknowable. In this chapter the outcome was certain with clear signposts in the text increasing the unease and levels of apprehension.

Sorry not to have commented sooner but I’ve been out of touch for a while.

I know...this chapter made me wish myself that I hadn't gone canon with Owen. :( But thank you for reading, epecially going back and reading from the beginning, even I haven't done that! :P It still hurts for me too! *hugs*

Ahhh thank you, chapter six was a serious worry for me with all the lack of action, so that means alot! I'm also glad that you commented on all my clear signposts, as what I was finding difficult was building tension to an event everyone was expecting already! But seriously, thank you so much for such a lovely comment! And don't worry about commenting any sooner, it just means a lot that you read it at all! I hope things are all ok for you. :)
