It's a long story. I guess the short of Geostigma is our bodies fighting against alien matter that's contaminating it and overcompensating. It's like... your antibodies attacking your own body as it's fighting a virus.

An Al Bhed potion is a lot like a regular potion, only a bit stronger with some added benefits. :) I can bring them over--where are you staying?
