My 1000 word practice essay, due in on Friday, is still unfinished. Hell, it's not even half done. I'm not sure why I expected myself to be able to work this weekend after what happened on Thursday. I mean, really, how short-sighted of me. I've done painfully little since the Gala, to be honest... but I never expected it to be any other way ( Read more... )

Wait...he's Australian? Really?...omgosh! XD

My mates wouldn't believe me that he's Aussie, actually I think some of them are still convinced he's 'that British bloke' that I'm obsessed with. Oh well, sometimes there's just no tellin' people.

Mini prints for your wallet! eeeee, it works a charm...extremely handy for those occasions with cynical bastards, 'Nooo you didn't!' Check that out *bam* Nothing like evidence to set the record straight. Also a bit of a saviour for those gloomy moments when you need an instant pickmeup- voila, instant smile! Good for long boring train trips too!

Hope you manage to get your work done...crikey you need at least a months break after that...heck, why not just take the next year off to bask in the wonder of it all! I always said 'Rush days' need to be worked into the official calendar!

I'm with you there! Gees, today was a struggle... I had periods of good concentration, but for the most part my mind just wondered back to Thursday night and kept grinning at inopportune moments. Heh. Then I started laughing to myself when I got off my bus.

It must be a crime to be this happy. :) I'm not used to it at all.

I envy people who experience that constant happiness...or for the most part. I know I never have, maybe years ago...but I only have Geoffrey to thank for bringing that kind of spontaneous joy back to me. For months, I would get this stupid random smile every now and then, I didn't think it was that noticable until a middle aged bloke on the train gave me this extremely weird look, then I realised what I'd been doing.

Keep it up...it's a nice little secret thought, because no one can guess what's making you smile inside and out!

LOL - it's great until, like with you, you end up inadvertantly grinning on public transport! XD LOL. Ah well... it's so worth the consequences.

There's still hope. She said she wants to watch Quills some time after I plugged it endlessly to her, and I'm going to force The Banger Sisters on her (because she'll like it, I'm sure), and maybe Shakespeare in Love. I'll make her see the light. ;)

I hope you'll manage to keep your mind up ! ;))

No chance - I'm still thinking constantly about Thursday night. I think it must be a crime to be as happy as I am right now!

Geoffrey's Australian? Who would have thought... ;) That's not too bad though; I was just asked "What's so important about Walsingham?" *calms murderous rage*

I have my hair fairly short too (had it cut yesterday) - it's much easier to look after and you don't have to worry about it getting messed up by our random weather ;)

Good luck with Uni; hopefully you'll be able to get some work done :)
