Why not make a mediafire account and host on both? That way you won't be getting as many "your downloads don't work" PMs if there is an alternate download link.

I just signed up for mediafire. :D If I'm reading correctly, they have unlimited bandwidth, correct?

I'm not sure how much bandwidth they give you but I can't find any information on how much they DO give. Even if it's not unlimited, having a mediafire account will allow you to have mirror hosting so you have an alternate download link. There does seem to be a limit on the free accounts because it says I've use 13% of my monthly limit but it doesn't say what the limit is or how much I've actually used. I was surfing all over the help section and it just didn't give that information anywhere.

I double the mediafire idea! I think having a combination of both would definitely help.
