I'm moving out tomorrow, and D will be doing the cleaning and finishing up a few small things; he'll be going back up north on the 28th.  The house will be sitting empty on the 29th.  The new owners take possession on the 30th.

I called all the utilities companies on the 12th to let them know the house was sold, and that our final day of legal
