Holy crap, I actually know one of these. The first one is "Tell Her About It," Billy Joel.

Most of the songs are kinda poetic and sweet (even "Ain't found a way to kill me yet" is somewhat positive), and then you come up with "Rage in the cage and piss upon the stage." My goodness.

BTW, if this were Poindexter's playlist, it would be the reverse of yours. Every line would be "Rage in the cage and piss upon the stage" and then there would be one song that was like "I walk the streets of Japan 'til I get lost", and he would say, "Oh, I don't know how that one got on there."

The way you talk about Poindexter's music, I need to take a look at his record collection one of these days. I'm sure the man has stuff I've never even heard of.

Heck, he might know some of these, too. But even typing them out knowing the answer, the heavier ones were pretty hard to get the rhythm of without the guitar.
