It had been a long day and Pete was looking forward to a nice, LONG shower. As he walked through the hallway of Avenger’s Tower, heading for the bathroom, Spider-man removed his mask and ran a hand through his hair with a happy sigh.
“Goodbye mask hair…” he mumbled, passing one of the other bedrooms only to stop, turn around, and walk back to said room.
Inside, Steve Rogers, the man known as Captain America, was laying on the plush bed, looking over a file that had most likely come from S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters.
But that wasn’t what had attracted Pete’s attention.
“Cap, you…those…” The blond glanced up, eyebrow lifting as he did a very good job of hiding his grin.
“Yes Pete?”
“….Nothing…Just…nothing.” He shifted a bit and then, with another glance at the blond man, disappeared down the hallway once more, planning on taking a very long, COLD shower now.
Cap grinned, and tossed the file aside, getting up to get changed.
He tucked away the boxers he wore, which read ‘My Spidey Senses are tingling!’ in one of his drawers for another day’s use.
