A/N: …I suddenly had the urge to write Clint/Pete…and I don’t know why…
Clint had made it very clear that he wanted to be left alone. He had given them that look he usually gave them when he was irritated and stalked off.
A certain member of the team had never been good at listening and had gone to find the archer.
The others had all been silent for a moment after he had walked out of the room before Luke glanced at Danny.
“Thirty bucks says he comes back with a black eye.”
“You’re on.”
Peter did in fact come back with something from the former archer later, but swollen lips weren’t what Danny and Luke had been expecting.
