In order to motivate myself *grin* I am looking to personalise the prompts so that I feel a sense of responsibility to someone other than myself to get it done. Otherwise - I would just write things.

Well, I think this is great. ;) Your phrase is "one good turn deserves another". Anything based on this phrase will do, though it'd be cool if you could show an example rather than use the phrase outright. =D
