Did the Pride race this morning with a small but very enthusiastic and exceedingly attractive populace. I cut a minute off my per mile time and enjoyed the enthusiasm of the group of runners

Pride Run, with a capitol P. queers. homos. You know the types.

I'm a slow runner. Very slow. But i make up for it in endurance, so don't worry about keeping up. I plod along... i just keep plodding....
