Congratulations to President Elect Barack Obama, his family and all those involved in his campaign. And to those Americans who exercised their right and obligation to vote, thank you from an interested bystander.

Wasn't Obama's acceptance speech a cracker? One of the best I've ever heard.

It was a good speech and quite the historic moment. I thought John McCain's speech was good too. Now we'll have to see what can be delivered over the next 4 years.
