Dec 25, 2013 19:20

Previously at Vallsta, Christel fixed up old cars and romanced the neighbourhood elders before she died. Jonas mourned for a while, but ended up in a romance with Kerstin Tidholm, who moved in with him, and they got engaged.

Uneventful can be good too! When you have two elderly non-romance sims without relatives, uneventful is pretty much the best you can hope for! ^_^

I imagine the quiet rounds like this can be nice sometimes. Remind me though why these two don't have any family? Are they townie leftovers from other households? (yes, I know my memory is pathetic here)

No wonder you can't remember - I have too many sims and these are too boring :)
It started with Christel, who is an original townie kid, Think her name is Chloe in English. She was invited to college together with two other originals - Britta and Konrad (Brittany and Chandler, redheads) by one or other of my playables. None of the three hooked up with playables, and after college they each got another townie spouse. Kerstin was engaged to Konrad until he died, and Jonas was with Cristel. None of them ever had children, by pure chance, I haven't worked against it..

I think I would have had a hard time letting them stay childless. I _alwas_ feel the need to see what the children would look like. At the same time I would like my hoods to be more realistic, and some sims not procreating would be such a thing.

With townies I think it's easier to have them childless. They usually don't have hidden genes, and the kids are not "mine" so I'm fine with that :)

Well slow and quiet is about what you can hope for with two permaplant, original townies. They seem like they are enjoying their elder years though, even if you are ready for them to die. :)
